Terms of Service

• All quoted fares are subject to a mandatory 13% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST).
• A standard 15% gratuity is automatically applied to all bookings as a courtesy to our professional chauffeurs.
• Any unscheduled detour or additional stop en route will incur supplementary fees as follows:
  
  • Sedan: $10.00 + HST
  • SUV (up to 7 passengers): $15.00 + HST
• Extended waiting periods beyond the complimentary allowance are subject to incremental charges:
  
  • The first 10 minutes of waiting are complimentary.
  • Each subsequent 15-minute interval will be billed at $10.00.
• Child safety seating is available upon request for an additional fee:
  
  • Infant, Toddler, and Booster Seats: $15.00 per seat
• If utilizing the 407 ETR Toll Highway, the toll charge will be levied as per the highway’s prevailing rates.
• Additional Airport Pick-Up Charges:
  
  • Sedan and 6-passenger SUV: $15.00 (Imposed by Toronto Pearson Airport Authorities)

Waiting Time & Cancellation Guidelines

Airport Arrivals:

We diligently track all incoming flights to accommodate any unforeseen delays. Upon actual flight arrival, a one-hour complimentary waiting period is provided. When delays surpass this waiting period customers need to reach the dispatch team through phone numbers 1 (888) 921-1116 or (437) 370-7407 to ask for prolonged waiting time. Waits longer than the standard time will result in additional billing charges per quarter of an hour. A “No-Show” label will be applied to all missing clients who do not contact within the hour period following their recorded arrival time. Full fare charges will apply to these cases.

Airport Departures & Point-to-Point Transfers (Including FBOs):

• A 15-minute grace period is provided.
• Beyond this, waiting time charges will be imposed in 15-minute intervals.

Cancellation Policy:

We provide three services which include Airport Transfers, Point-to-Point Journeys and FBOs.

1. Canadian domestic passengers need to cancel their service before the 8-hour pickup period to avoid additional expenses.
2. All cross-border pick-ups and drop-offs must give at least 48 hours notice before a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged to the customer.
3. The company will apply a full fare rate including all relevant taxes to travelers who cancel their service during the scheduled pick-up time.

Hourly Bookings:

1. Full price fees will be charged when customers fail to provide a 24-hour notice for cancellation.
2. The company accepts requests to extend service but availability might not be possible.

No-Shows:

The failure to cancel before the scheduled pickup appointment incurs both 100% fare cost and applicable tax costs.

Important Disclaimers

1. The true official confirmation of your reservation depends on getting an exclusive confirmation number.
2. The confirmation process will provide results through email or telephone messages within several hours after booking receipt. Effective confirmation requires your phone or email contact before you must verify your reservation with our company.
3. The base rates we charge depend on whether the charter takes place within or outside local city borders. For specific out-of-town rates ask us directly for the details.
4. The minimum charter rates can experience adjustments in times of peak seasons together with special events.
